We automatically collect certain information when you navigate the Services (such as your IP address, browser characteristics, operating system, device specs, and referring URLs) for system logging, crash dumps, security maintenance, and site operations.

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, including:

• Account Management: Facilitating client portal authentication via Firebase and assigning client drive links.
• Service Delivery: Managing estimate requests and custom carpentry / remodeling proposals.
• Inquiry Support: Answering questions submitted via our Zoho lead intake form.

We may share personal information with trusted service providers strictly to perform backend site operations under binding confidentiality agreements, or in business transfer scenarios (merger, acquisition, asset sale).

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice or as required by law (such as tax, accounting, or recordkeeping requirements). Active client accounts remain stored for the duration of the account relationship.

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational security procedures to safeguard personal data. However, no transmission over the Internet or digital storage method can be guaranteed 100% secure against unauthorized breaches.

7. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to individuals under 18 years of age. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
